無添加石けん製造として、80年以上の実績を持つ企業と試作を重ねて作り上げた、*お子様や敏感肌の方にも安心してお使いいただける石けんです。
防腐剤・鉱物油・合成界面活性剤を一切使用せず、「自然乾燥」という昔ながらの枠練り製法にて丹念に作り上げており、そこに限界まで贅沢にジャラハニーを練り込んでいます。

Additive-free facial cleansing soap [JARA Amber Honey Soap] with luxurious Jara Honey kneaded into it was born.
JARA Amber Honey Soap is a soap that can be used safely by children and people with sensitive skin, created through repeated trial production with a company with more than 80 years of experience in additive-free soap production.
A feature of this soap is that the ingredients of Jarrah Honey are kneaded into the product without destroying them as much as possible by adopting the ‘cold process’ method.
The fragrance is unscented, so only the natural aroma of WILD JARA HONEY is present. It has a subtle scent of brown sugar.
WILD JARA HONEY has also been tested in a joint research project with Kyushu University (Associate Professor Kuniyoshi Shimizu, Graduate School of Agricultural Science) to inhibit the growth of Staphylococcus aureus.
Inhibition of Staphylococcus aureus is expected to alleviate skin problems such as acne and atopic skin dermatitis.

「蜂蜜と相性の良い、フレッシュチーズとオレンジとの組み合わせを考えて構成しました。
チーズはイタリア料理では定番のマスカルポーネチーズ、地元福岡のオーム乳業のこだわりのチーズを使用。
マスカルポーネチーズは滑らかさと上品な甘さが特長で、表面にはオレンジの皮のシロップ煮とジャラハニーでコーティングして、しっとりと焼き上げました。
生地の中と表面にジャラハニーを使用することで、より蜂蜜の香を楽しんでいただけるケーキに仕上がっています。」

大阪の調理師学校卒業後、久留米市のイタリア料理店「サーラ カリーナ」に入社。
6年程度基礎を学び、その後、渡伊。

後、久留米に帰り、2012年んに「Birsrot IIDA」を開業、現在に至る。

“九州大学との共同研究によりジョージア（旧グルジア）産天然ハチミツ”WILD JARA HONEY”の菌に対する増殖阻害効果を確認”
九州大学（大学院農学研究院）との共同研究により、Wild JARA Honeyを用いて、菌（黄色ブドウ球菌、大腸菌、歯周病菌）に対する増殖阻害試験を実施した結果、それらの菌に対して増殖を阻害する効果があることが確認されました。

‘In collaboration with Kyushu University, the growth inhibitory effect of Georgian (formerly Georgian) natural honey ‘WILD JARA HONEY’ on bacteria has been confirmed.’
In a joint research with Kyushu University (Graduate School of Agricultural Sciences), growth inhibition tests were conducted using Wild JARA Honey against bacteria (Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and periodontal disease bacteria), and it was confirmed that it had growth inhibition effects against these bacteria.
Based on the results of this study, Wild JARA Honey is expected to have the following effects
▶️ Inhibition of Staphylococcus aureus growth; alleviation of skin problems such as acne and atopic dermatitis.
▶️Inhibition of E. coli growth; prevention of food poisoning derived from E. coli and control of the spread of infection.
▶️ Inhibition of the growth of periodontal bacteria; inhibits the growth of bacteria in the oral cavity.

■「JARA HONEY」について
ジョージア（旧グルジア）から直輸入されるJARAハニーは、古来より受け継がれる養蜂技術が無形文化財遺産にも指定される希少ハチミツであり、その起源は約5500年前まで遡るとされています。
■「JARA HONEY」の特徴
JARAハニーは、コーカサス山脈の標高約1200mの花々や樹々から蜂たちが運んでくる百花蜜です。その蜜を年に一度だけ秋に採蜜します。また、自然のままのハチミツを守る為に、収穫するのは巣の中の半分のみです。蜂たちに人工の餌を与えることはなく、まさに野生のハチミツと言えます。また、大自然の中で採れるハチミツは環境汚染や昨今問題になっている残留農薬の心配が全くありません。
